Then we look forward to receiving your application to Bosch Rexroth.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced FIFOService Supervisor to lead our Port Hedland Service Team, supporting customers across the Pilbara.This role is responsible for supervising a team of FIFO Field Service Technicians, ensuring service activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.You will play a key role in driving team performance, managing customer relationships, and supporting service growth across the region, while ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives.What you will be doingTeam Leadership & Service Delivery: Supervise and support FIFO field technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standardCustomer & Service Sales: Build strong relationships with customers, identify service opportunities, and support growth across the Pilbara regionOperational Planning & Coordination: Manage scheduling, resources, and workloads to ensure service delivery targets are metQuality & Compliance: Ensure service quality standards are maintained, including reporting, documentation, and compliance requirementsPeople & Capability: Ensure team licences, tickets, inductions, and competencies are current, and support ongoing developmentReporting & Documentation: Oversee timely and accurate completion of service reports, quotations, and job documentationContinuous Improvement & Growth: Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, support planning, and contribute to operational growthQualificationsTrade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Hydraulics, or similar5+ years experience in field service or working with hydraulic systemsPrevious experience leading or supervising field service teamsStrong knowledge of mining or heavy industry environments, ideally within the PilbaraProven ability to manage customer relationships and drive service outcomesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills with the ability to engage teams and customers effectivelyHigh attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr
