We are currently recruiting Casuals for our Business Banking Associate role based in Perth. Do Work that Matters As an Associate within our Business Banking contact centre, youll be the friendly voice our small and medium business customers hear when they contact us. You will assist customers manage their daytoday banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including: Corporate Card Enquiries Technical support Simple customer service enquiries See Yourself in our Team Casual positions are available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week: Monday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office in the Perth CBD. Were Interested In Hearing From People Who Genuinely care about the experience of customers Have excellent communication skills Have the ability to navigate new technology and computer systems Are naturally curious, resilient, empathetic, adaptable and love problem solving Have aspirations to grow their career with us Hours and Training To be considered for this role you must have the following availability: Available to work minimum 10 hours per week, with flexibility to choose your own shifts Available to work from the Perth CBD office for 50% of your working hours Outside of this, well do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 4 weeks Monday to Friday 8:30am 4:30pm Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
