Requisition ID: 293924 Location: Perth, WA Telework: Full-Time Office/Project Job Summary Working across multiple concurrent projects, the Coordinator provides specialist advice, resolves complex access and logistics issues, and ensures compliance with regulatory, safety and airport standards. The role engages widely with internal stakeholders, contractors and external authorities to maintain safe, efficient and coordinated traffic and logistics operations throughout the program. Major Responsibilities Ensure contractors work safely, address hazards, and maintain risk analysis and health risk assessments. Coordinate site access logistics for assigned area, ensuring efficient entry and exit of personnel and equipment. Address and resolve site access issues during the project. Coordinate with contractors on timely and compliant site transport plans. Monitor compliance of heavy haul operations with approved plans and applicable codes. Coordinate execution of heavy haul operations and abnormal site transport movements, partnering with Project Controls. Assess and plan heavy transport requirements, assist in preparation of the construction equipment schedule (CES) and construction environment management plans. Monitor enforcement of project policies, procedures and work rules. Actively monitor contractor compliance with safety requirements and encourage safe performance. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor''s degree (or equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience, or 9-12 years of relevant work experience. Required Knowledge and Skills Technical knowledge of construction systems, engineering and construction methods for major infrastructure or aviation projects. Knowledge of construction practices, economics, and new design and construction methods. High interpersonal and communication skills, with experience delivering leadership and behavioural change. Ability to influence and engage collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining commercial awareness. Prior delivery-partner or client-side project management experience is preferred but not essential.
