About The Opportunity Reporting to the Tasmanian State Manager, this role is responsible for driving sales growth across the OnPremise channel throughout the Northern region of Tasmania. The position focuses on managing existing OnPremise customers and key groups, while actively identifying and winning new business opportunities. The role includes one overnight stay per month and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure service excellence. In this Role Achieve key strategies, projects, and initiatives to drive growth as the business support and a key consultant to our members. Onboard new customers guiding them through the credit application process and setting up the ALM ordering portal. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound customer research. Work with supply partners to assist customers with loading discounts and fill the basket. Complete business reviews with customers to assess business performance and potential growth opportunities. Develop business plans for territory and individual areas to win new business. Youre Likely a Match If Experience within the liquor or grocery industry (desirable). Strong experience within a salesbased role. Proficiency with corporate productivity and online presentation tools. Strong listening and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
