You''ll be the friendly face behind the process - making sure everyone who joins us feels informed, supported, and set up for success from day one. When the wider talent team needs a hand with sourcing, you''ll pitch in to keep things moving.What you''ll be doingContractor managementManage the full contractor lifecycle from contract issuance through to offboarding, including renewals and extensionsEnsure all compliance requirements are met - right-to-work, ABN, TFN, Withholding Declarations, and SuperannuationBe the primary point of contact for contractors, resolving day-to-day queries and keeping records current across internal platformsCandidate management & onboardingOwn all post-offer activity including references, police checks, VEVO verification, and other pre-employment requirementsCoordinate with the client on system access, WHS inductions, and first-day logisticsConduct regular check-ins throughout the candidate lifecycle to keep people engaged, informed, and supportedSourcing support (overflow)Build and maintain sourcing lists and talent pools, keeping candidate records and statuses current in internal platformsAssist with pre-screening and talent pooling admin to ensure pipelines are organised and ready when roles go liveWhat we''re looking for3+ years in onboarding, recruitment coordination, or a similar people operations role in AustraliaMSP/RPO ExperienceSolid understanding of Fair Work, NES, and contractor compliance requirementsFamiliar with VEVO checks, national police checks, and ABN/TFN documentationComfortable managing high volumes with strong attention to detailA great communicator who genuinely enjoys helping peopleProficient in an ATS or VMS (e.g. Fieldglass, Beeline)Knowledge of Australian background screening tools (e.g. CVCheck, Fit2Work)Astute payroll experience is highly regardedExposure to labour hire or agency contractor programmesSome sourcing or direct talent outreach experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
