About the roleDepending on your experience and interests, your work may include:Advising clients in Wills & Estates (wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianships, estate administration and disputes).Acting on residential and commercial property transactions, leasing and related property matters.Assisting clients with a range of Family Law issues, including parenting, property settlements and related negotiations.Managing your own files with appropriate supervision and support.Drafting clear, accurate advice, correspondence and court documents.Attending client conferences, mediations and, where appropriate, court appearances.Contributing to business development and community relationships in the region.About youWe are looking for someone who:Has at least 2 years PAE in private practice.Has experience in Wills & Estates, Property Law or Family Law (experience in more than one area will be highly regarded).Is client-focused, commercially aware and able to communicate clearly and professionally.Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing deadlines.Works well both independently and as part of a close-knit team.Is keen to develop their skills and career in a reputable regional firm.What we offerA full-time, permanent position in our Nowra office.A diverse mix of quality work with direct client contact.Genuine mentoring, support and career development opportunities.A friendly, collaborative team culture.Remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.How to applyPlease email your CV and a short cover letter outlining your experience (including your exposure to Wills & Estates, Property and/or Family Law) to:Attention: Craig Osborne, Managing PartnerEmail: All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.
