Duties Include Greeting clients when they enter the office. Answering telephone and email enquiries, making appointments, and providing basic information about services and fees. Setting up clients in our software system and downloading information from the ATO so it is ready for our tax specialists. Collecting payments from clients, issuing receipts, and banking duties as required. Following up with clients on outstanding documents needed to complete their tax return. Assisting in keeping the office neat and tidy, including maintaining the appearance of the premises to H&R Block standards. What We Are Looking For Previous work experience in office administration. Friendly people with strong customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software products quickly. Flexibility to work a variety of shift times depending on local office needs. Police Check clearance. MyID access (and a smartphone to enable you to log into ATO portal.
