What Youll Be Doing In This Role You will be a clinical champion in the service, and develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents. Use sharp clinical assessment skills and lead clinical services with a focus on quality and audit. Get to know each resident and become a fundamental part of their life. Ensure that the care provided meets residents individual goals. Advocate for clients quality of life by liaising with medical and allied health professionals and residents family members. Supervise and support Personal Care Workers. Practice holistically, using critical decision-making skills to lead the team. Who Were Looking For Minimum of 3+ years previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care.
