In this casual position, you will deliver highquality clinical care, respond to evolving health needs and guide your care team with confidence and respect. You will work across a range of shifts, including nights when required. Your calm approach and clinical capability will help ensure residents receive exceptional care around the clock. You bring strong clinical judgement, clear communication and a genuine commitment to delivering personcentred care. To be considered, you will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification Experience supervising or guiding care teams Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation Strong assessment, documentation and clinical decisionmaking abilities The capacity to work within scope, manage priorities and remain steady in changing situations Availability to work night duty as part of your casual roster About us BaptistCare is a leading purposedriven care organisation, guided by our Christian identity and supporting communities across Australia for more than 110 years.
