These roles will support Ocean2Earths operations by assisting with the removal of waste from the Eden Chip Mill allowing it to be transformed into our product.We are offering a competitive hourly rate and are looking for candidates who are available to pick up shifts on a casual basis, typically starting at 10:00am.Key ResponsibilitiesThe shoveling, sweeping, raking, loading and unloading of mill waste.Prioritising time and plant to remove waste from mill site.Plant and truck prestarts for safe operations.General manual handling duties.Working together with other people to complete waste removal in an efficient manner.Requirements / QualificationsPrevious experience in labouring or a production environment is highly desirable.A background in manual handling work is preferred.A positive attitude at work, whilst being reliable and punctual.The ability to work effectively within a team environment and produce work to a high standard.A strong commitment to safety is essential.Experience in operating a telehandler or small excavator is not essential but may be beneficial.What we can offer youA competitive hourly rate + casual loading.Opportunities to learn new things and be trained across various plant machinery.Career growth and progression opportunities for the right candidate.A positive work environment with supportive management.A company that values employee health, safety and wellbeing.Important NotePlease note that all employees are required to undertake a police check, medical and drugs and alcohol test before commencing employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
