About The Role Support daily production operations at Bega Tatura site a worldknown dairy manufacturer as a casual operator. You will work eight or twelvehour shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays, supporting 24/7 factory operation. Adaptable and willing to work variable shifts. Opportunity to progress to fulltime position. Competitive hourly rate plus shift loading. Desired Experience If you have experience in any of the following areas, we want to hear from you: Dairy/Cheese Maker Dryer Operator Production Operator Process Operator Machine Operator Other relevant manufacturing experience Responsibilities Assist with production operations and perform changeover processes. Work efficiently to minimise downtime. Report safety incidents and maintenance needs. Maintain production areas clean and up to quality standards. Adhere to company safety and quality policies and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Previous dairy/food manufacturing experience is highly regarded but optional. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Safety mindset. Current forklift or heavy rigid truck licence is an advantage. Must hold a current Australian drivers licence.
