We are seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape Maintenance Horticulturists to immediately join our team. Duties and Responsibilities Developing maintenance programs post project completion Solely maintaining all gardens and soft landscaping for our completed projects Manage and carry out all horticultural works as per the contracted scope of works Plant, mulch, and other material remediation/replacement Herbicide and pesticide spraying Small and large scale turf mowing Small to large scale watering Installation of both temporary and permanent Irrigation Management of maintenance crew to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner Liaising with office team to coordinate deliveries, purchase orders in a timely manner Carry out all risk assessments and safety requirements to adhere with all company policies Complete relevant company paperwork and submit to the office for processing Reporting to Director on progress, time, costs and so forth Experience And Skills Required 5 Years of Proven Industry experience ONLY in Softscape Maintenance within a landscaping company Sound knowledge of plants, materials and construction methodologies Proven ability to carry out maintenance of all forms of Softscape without any supervision Strong organisation skills and ability to work autonomously Certificate III in Horticulture is desirable but not essential NSW Drivers License Workcover white card Speak English proficiently Australian Citizen Benefits Great salary package Potential for company mobile phone and vehicle Friendly and enjoyable working environment Strong Pipeline of projects Great career advancement and opportunities as the organisation continues to grow #J-18808-Ljbffr
