Overview Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Chef to join our team at Il Piatto Restaurant at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. As a Chef, you will showcase your skills and vast knowledge of pizza making and Italian cuisines and work as part of an exceptional kitchen team. What Will you do? Prepare and cook highquality restaurant meals and pizzas using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients. Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings following traditional Italian recipes. Handstretch dough, top, and cook pizzas to perfection. Maintain high standards of food presentation and kitchen cleanliness. Manage stock, rotate ingredients, and minimise waste. Work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining quality. Collaborate with and assist kitchen team members. More About You 12 years of experience working as a pizza chef or in an Italian restaurant. Diploma in Professional Cookery or equivalent. Food Safety Supervisor certificate is beneficial. Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7dayaweek roster.
