About the Role We are recruiting parttime and casual Care Service Companions to provide quality care to our residents, promote their independence, and foster a calm, welcoming environment. Shifts are available in the mornings, afternoons, and nights. Locations Georges Hall near Bankstown Prestons Lodge near Liverpool Edensor Gardens near Fairfield Barden Lodge near Sutherland Bondi Waters near Bondi Beach Requirements Good availability is required. Applicants must be able to cover the shift patterns. Sponsorship or student visa support is not available. What We Look For Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent. Minimum 6 months agedcare experience (preferred but not essential). Good understanding of the 8 new quality standards in aged care. Strong passion for quality aged care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hard working, flexible, with good availability to cover shifts. Core values of empathy, honesty, respect, and loyalty. Additional Information All applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check and undergo a preemployment medical.
