An exciting career opportunity is now available for an experienced General Manager to assume the role of Residential Manager at Jemalong Residential Village in Forbes, Regional NSW. This well established Residential Aged Care home provides accommodation for 110 residents and is supported by a dedicated team, including 4 Care Managers. The focus remains on delivering high-quality, relationship-centred care while effectively responding to the evolving and dynamic Aged Care sector. Your ability to seamlessly navigate challenges and promote collaboration across a culturally diverse workforce, together with your approachable nature and innate ability to develop strong personable, professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders including employees, residents and their families and more, will be recognised and will aid your success in this integral role. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including Care Managers, a Workplace Educator, Administration Manager, Coordinators for Lifestyle, Pastoral Care, Maintenance and Housekeeping, and a committed team of nurses and carers. In addition, you''ll have access to centralised support from HR, Recruitment, Workforce Rostering and Operational teams. As the Residential Manager, it is expected that you will have strong financial understanding and commercial acumen to ensure the home is run in a fiscally responsible manner. You will provide overall leadership and direction for the home, driving excellence in clinical care, compliance, resident experience, and employee engagement. Supported by a master roster, you will be well positioned to focus on quality outcomes, continuous improvement and team direction. Key Responsibilities Leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams to deliver relationship centred care Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community Catholic Healthcare is a supportive organisation that values strong leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
