Catering HQ is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our dedicated Kitchen teams at Castle Hill RSL and Club Parramatta. Key Duties Thorough cleaning of the kitchen, including dishes and floors Food preparation assistance Stock rotation and stock control Following all health and safety procedures when carrying out all tasks Any other adhoc duties as required by our fantastic Chefs and Management Operating a commercial dishwasher to a high standard Assist with general kitchen duties under the direction of the Head Chef Key Qualities Previous experience in a high-volume catering or kitchen hand role is essential Proven experience working in a commercial kitchen environment Knowledge of WHS (Work Health & Safety) guidelines Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively within a team Flexible availability Detailoriented with excellent communication skills in English Knife skills are a bonus wed love to see them!
