Overview Susquehanna is looking for final year students or recent graduates who are passionate about the financial markets and eventdriven research to join our 2027 Equity Analyst Graduate Program. The role will partner with senior analysts and traders to identify investment opportunities and provide indepth analysis of future volatility events. Equity analysts are embedded within sectorfocused trading desks, and their insights directly impact trading decisions. What You''ll Do Identify and analyse investment opportunities in the equity and options markets. Provide realtime opinions on breaking news. Forecast dividends. Evaluate special situations such as mergers and acquisitions and other corporate actions. Collaborate with derivative traders on investment ideas. Perform stock valuation analysis. What We''re Looking For Market enthusiasts who keep up with current events and breaking news that affect the markets. Effective communicators who enjoy building relationships and expressing ideas clearly. Analytical and logical thinkers who use sound reasoning and data to find solutions. Problem solvers who enjoy puzzles and strategic games. Curious about financial markets and why they move. Prior exposure to fundamental company research is a plus. Confirmed plan to graduate by December2026 with a degree in any discipline (most typically Finance or Economics), Distinction average WAM, from an Australian or New Zealand university.
