We are looking for a talented Service Advisor to join our large team in our Wetherill Park branch. In this role, you will be an integral part of the branch Service team, working closely with the Field Service team, other departments, warranty team and the wider business. You will provide routine support to customers, including end-users, distributors, and/or dealers, seeking information and assistance. This is a maternity leave cover with a fixed-term contract of up to 12 months. To be successful in this role you will need the following: Previous relevant work experience is advantageous Prior technical and customer service experience is required. Experience with warranty processing & decision making Local Valid Drivers License is required Highly self-driven and motivated with a strong work ethic Skilled in managing customer concerns and resolving conflicts professionally Strong communication skills, ensuring clear and timely interaction. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving business goals The ideal candidate has a good understanding of both the Quickserve process and experience with Warranty processing, with strong problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer service focus. Closing out jobs for month end. Processing labor into SRT and warranty guidelines Resolve non-routine customer issues through understanding Cummins processes, systems and practices Invoicing & cash sales Submit all types of Warranty Claims, including Goodwill.
