The Role We are seeking an experienced Legal Practice Assistant to support our Real Estate and IP&T teams in Sydney. You will work closely with our partners and fee earners, providing highquality legal and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of both practices. This is a fulltime, officebased role in our Sydney office, where you will be a key contributor to team operations and client service. It will allow you to utilise your strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as your excellent organisational and administrative abilities, while playing an integral role in our continued growth and success. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, hardworking and brings a positive, cando attitude to the team. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the IP&T practice and Real Estate practice which is led by John Frangi, our cohead of the Sydney office. Manage complex calendars and email correspondence, scheduling internal and external meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. Client liaison and communication. Billing and expense management. Time entries, generating reports. Conducting searches. Maintain client and matter records, documents and databases. Adhoc administrative duties including printing, scanning and photocopying. Attend the Sydney office on a fulltime basis (5 days per week) to provide handson support to partners and the broader team. We''re looking for someone: With 2+ years administrative experience within the legal industry, ideally property law. With strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite, billing and document management system skills. Who is an effective communicator and excellent organisational abilities. Who is confident and selfmotivated. A proficient problem solver, adept at identifying and resolving challenges. A commitment to providing a high level of administrative support to the team. Positive, collaborative and able to work effectively as part of a team.
