As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a capable and organised Office Administrator to support our Office Manager and keep operations running smoothly. The Role This is a handson administration role in a fastpaced trade environment. You will play a key part in supporting job coordination, customer communication and invoicing processes. Key Responsibilities: Answering phones and managing customer enquiries Booking and scheduling jobs Managing email inboxes Preparing jobs for invoicing Quote follow-ups and customer happy calls Maintaining accurate job and compliance records Qualifications: Strong administration experience Excellent communication skills High attention to detail Organised and able to prioritise Confident using computer systems and software Experience in a trade or service business (highly regarded) Other Requirements: Must be based in Australia with full rights to work full time without sponsorship or visas Benefits: Stable, full or part -time position Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with the business Meaningful role with responsibility and impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
