Job Details Full time, fixed term until 18 September 2026 Support highimpact teaching and learning operations across CET and the Learning Hub Base Salary $103,185 - $111,237 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity This role supports the effective delivery of teaching and learning activities across the Centre for English Teaching (CET) and the Learning Hub. As Education Services Officer, you will provide operational, administrative and executive support to ensure smooth coordination of timetabling, staffing, communications and teaching operations. Your work will directly contribute to highquality student and staff experiences across both units. Your key responsibilities Work closely with the Deputy Director (Education Services), Director CET and Head Learning Hub and internal stakeholders Provide executive support, including calendar management, communications and daytoday operational tasks Prepare meeting materials, attend meetings and provide secretariat support including minutes Coordinate CET teaching schedules, relief teaching, casual payroll and casual teacher onboarding Prepare and enhance correspondence, reports and presentations for CET and Learning Hub Support WHS processes, stakeholder communications and ad hoc projects as required About you Experience coordinating administrative and operational activities in a digital work environment Experience supervising staff or students and supporting users of online systems Capability in planning, developing and maintaining systems, procedures and resource allocations Experience troubleshooting user issues in online environments and implementing corrective actions Knowledge of legislative requirements relating to information recording, reporting and online integrity A relevant bachelor''s degree, diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience Sponsorship / work rights for Australia You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply.
