Role Overview Manager Passenger Products leads a dynamic team of product specialists in shaping the future inflight customer experience across our global network. Reporting to the Head of Inflight Experience and Product Design, youll own the development and lifecycle management of soft passenger productsfrom concept to deliveryensuring every touchpoint reflects Qantas commitment to excellence. Youll drive governance and reporting frameworks that keep projects on track and within budget, identifying opportunities for cost transformation and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Procurement, Inflight Operations, Service Design, Cabin Crew, Catering, Engineering, and Risk & Audit to deliver products that align with Qantas core values. Oversee supplier relationships, ensure supply chain assurance, and manage auditing activities in line with company policy. Plan resources, manage workflow, mitigate risk, and maintain cost control. Influence the passenger experience at every level across the airline. Qualifications 10+ years relevant experience in the airline or adjacent industry, with a strong background in product development, project management and customer experience. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; additional certifications in Project Management and/or Product Development or equivalent industry experience. Proven ability to lead complex product programs with structured governance, milestone tracking, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation. Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and managing specialist teams to deliver highimpact outcomes. Expertise in translating customer insights and strategic goals into differentiated inflight product experiences. Skilled at building relationships and influencing across diverse internal and external stakeholders. Experience managing supplier partnerships, negotiating contracts with Procurement, and ensuring service level compliance.
