Join our Australian Legal team and play a key role in supporting custody and legal administration activities across Goodman-managed partnerships. Youll help ensure important documents and records are executed, stored and tracked accurately supporting compliance, minimising risk and enabling smooth property transactions. What youll be doing Administer self-custody activities in line with documented custody procedures. Receive, organise, safeguard and release Bank Guarantees (BGs), and maintain BG registers. Maintain internal registers and systems to ensure accurate records and compliance. Notify external custodians (including TTCL / Perpetual) of relevant property transactions or title updates. Support audits and reconciliations, including the Annual Bank Guarantee Audit and Quarterly Certificate of Title audits. Coordinate execution and tracking of legal documents (including via DocuSign where applicable). Liaise with external lawyers, financial institutions and service providers to support document execution, BG validation and Certificate of Title dealings. Manage safekeeping of legal documents, including the Legal Lease Library. Monitor and triage emails in the legal administration inbox and provide day-to-day admin support to the Legal and Risk team. Process invoices, manage mail/correspondence, arrange bookings and support internal system requests. Occasional visits to bank branches to collect, lodge and return financial records (as required). About You Experience providing administrative/operational support within a legal, property, corporate governance or professional services environment. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and recordkeeping capability. Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Outlook, Excel and Word). Welldeveloped communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
