You will support listing and buyer management, prospecting activities, and day-to-day sales operations to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and agents. This role is perfect for someone looking to learn, grow, and develop into a standalone sales agent.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist sales agents with managing buyer enquiries, conducting follow-ups, and nurturing leadsSupport listing campaigns through preparing marketing materials, organising open homes, and attending inspectionsConduct database calls, letterbox drops, and regular community engagement to build brand awarenessAccompany agents to listing presentations, appraisals, and client meetingsHandle administrative tasks including CRM updates, document preparation, and campaign coordinationProactively generate opportunities through outbound calls, door knocking, and networkingMaintain a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service at all timesAbout YouYou are energetic, confident, and passionate about real estate.
