About The Role The Oracle Systems Functional Analyst sits within the Finance function and operates at the intersection of Finance, Technology and the wider business. The role is a key enabler of ARN''s broader transformation agenda, supporting the shift from manual, transactionheavy processes to a digitally enabled, scalable and futureready operating model. Oracle is the core enterprise system underpinning ARN''s financial reporting, procuretopay, ordertocash, treasury and statutory control processes. The role ensures Oracle is optimised to support both current operational requirements and ARN''s longerterm strategic objectives. This newly created role is responsible for optimising Oracle ERP at ARN to enable greater automation, streamlined operations and AIenabled productivity across Finance and the wider business. The role will improve endtoend process efficiency, reduce manual intervention, strengthen controls and leverage Oracle capabilities (including workflow, analytics and AIdriven tools) to support scalable, datadriven decision making. It partners closely with Finance, Procurement, Technology and Data teams to ensure Oracle is configured and utilised in a way that supports ARN''s strategic objectives and positions the finance function as a digitally enabled, futureready function.About You The successful incumbent is a commerciallyminded Oracle Systems Functional Analyst with strong functional depth in Oracle Fusion and a clear focus on system optimisation, automation and AI enablement, rather than custom development or report building. They bring a strong understanding of finance operations and controls, coupled with handson experience configuring and embedding Oracle outofthebox functionality, including intelligent workflows and AIenabled features, into businessasusual processes.
