This role is ideal for a qualified clinician who values relationship-centred, person-focused care and enjoys working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team supporting individuals, couples and families experiencing mental health challenges. Within this model, the role contributes to accessible, coordinated and relationshipfocused care across the mental health system. Youllwork in a person-centred, multidisciplinary environment that brings together clinical, peer, cultural and communityexpertiseto provide coordinated, relationship-focused care. The roleoperateswithin a shared practice framework thatencouragesinterdisciplinary collaboration and learning, with day-to-day service delivery supported byGrand Pacific Health in partnership with RANSW and Odyssey House. Youllenjoy a role that offers variety, professionalsupportand genuine collaboration, while allowing you to use and strengthen yourexpertisein couple and family work within a broader mental health context.About Relationships AustraliaRelationships Australia NSW (RANSW) supports people through all forms of relationship distress, deliveringtimely,compassionateand expert care that strengthens wellbeing and connection across NSW.For more information about us, read our 2024-2025 Impact Report, Whatyoulldo Deliver high-quality therapy to individuals,couplesand families (in-person, online and phone) Work as aCare/Wellbeing Navigator, partnering with clients to develop andmaintainshared mental health and recovery plans Provide intake, psychosocial and risk assessments, including safety planning Deliver care coordination, casemanagementand group work Apply family systems and other therapeutic frameworks in line with practice guidelines Participate in shared intake coverage and collaborate closely with clinical, peer, cultural and community practitioners Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and engage in supervision and professional development The details 24-month maximumterm contract Full time position Starting inmid-June 2026 Location:3a/152-156 Pacific Hwy, Tuggerah NSW 2259 Approx $48 $54 per hour (depending on skills and experience) + 12% superannuation, 17.5% leaveloading, salarypackaging to reduce your taxable income, and other benefits Whatyoullbring Postgraduate qualification inRelationship Counselling or Couple & Family Counselling Eligibility for PACFA, ACA (Level 3 or 4), AASW, or Psychologist registration Minimum 100 hours of clinically supervised counselling experience Experience working with couples and families within a strong family systems framework Understanding of mental health, family violence, childprotectionand addiction A warm, culturally safe, trauma-informed approach Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting Why work with us?
