About the role This exciting full-time Commercial/Data Insights Analyst role at Pure Wine Co. in Nairne, SA will see you play a pivotal part in analysing and interpreting key business data to drive strategic decision making. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will leverage your analytical expertise to uncover valuable insights that enable the business to capitalise on growth opportunities in the highly competitive industry. What you''ll be doing Collecting, analysing and interpreting sales, marketing and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement Producing regular reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to inform key stakeholders on business performance and strategic initiatives Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address business challenges through data-driven solutions Developing and maintaining data models, processes and tools to improve data integrity and reporting capabilities Providing expert guidance and analytical support to the leadership team to enable data-driven decision making Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance the business''s data and reporting capabilities What we''re looking for Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Business, Analytics, Statistics or Information Systems Proven experience as a Commercial, Data or Business Analyst, ideally within the wine or FMCG industry Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial, Data or Business Analyst is required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data Excellent data visualisation, reporting and presentation skills to communicate findings effectively Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI Proficiency in at least two of the following data analysis tools: SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial operations Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights What we offer At Pure Wine Co., we are committed to creating a dynamic and supportive work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
