Skewer Boys is a growing mobile food stall business, and we are looking to build a strong team of casual staff across Sydney, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Newcastle. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love food, and dont mind rolling up your sleeves this could be a great fit. About the RoleYou will be part of a mobile team working at events, markets, and pop-ups. Every event is a little different, and teamwork is key. Duties include: Setting up and packing down the food stall Taking customer orders and handling payments Preparing food and assisting with cooking Working on the BBQs Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards Rotating between roles depending on the day What We Are Looking For Enthusiastic and reliable individuals Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Great customer service and communication skills Previous experience in food stalls, food trucks, or fast food (preferred but not essential) Willingness to travel to different locations within your home base (eg. within Sydney and surrounding areas; within Central Coast, etc) Availability for weekends and events Why Join Us?
