About the OpportunityWe are recruiting a selfdriven and confident Utility Specialist to drive demand for Milwaukee across Tasmania''s power, water, gas, telecommunications and renewable energy sectors. This role focuses on building strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors and major utility organisations, delivering solutionbased selling to support both longterm approval opportunities and shortterm project wins across highly regulated environments. Responsibilities Execute innovative sales strategies to convert users from existing brands to Milwaukee across all product categories. Regularly report progress to the BDM on achievements to the planned strategy. Work closely with Vertical specialist to achieve best outcomes and mission alignment. Implement the user focussed channel marketing strategies defined by the Channel Managers. Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent company''s brand. Have the willingness to learn and develop in line with the company''s competency framework. Be and promote being a high performing sales professional whilst be conscious of contributing to a fair work/life balance. What you will bring Account management experience or relevant utility / trade industry background (trade qualification or field experience highly regarded). Mechanically minded with strong onsite and technical aptitude. Willingness and ability to travel across Tasmania on a regular basis (fortnightly) Highly autonomous, organised and selfmotivated. Ability to work crossfunctionally with internal teams. Computer literate, comfortable with MS Office and experienced using CRM systems. Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent organisational, timemanagement and problemsolving capability.
