About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated Clinical Nurse Educator Child and Family Health to join a passionate and committed leadership team, working to strengthen local service delivery for children and families in our community. This is a rewarding opportunity to influence practice, support clinical teams through change, and contribute to innovative, holistic approaches that respond to the evolving needs of the population we serve. This role provides clinical education and training that promotes capability, confidence and excellence in Child and Family Health nursing practice. In collaboration with clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in building a culture of continuous learning, adaptability and evidence-based practice that supports high-quality, person-centred carenow and into the future. In this role you will: Design, deliver and evaluate clinical education programs for groups and individuals supporting workforce capability and service sustainability. Promote a culture of learning and professional growth and reflective practice. Work in partnership with nursing staff and the leadership team to identify individual, team and service specific learning needs. About You We are looking for someone who has: Relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or equivalent education and clinical experience. Experience delivering education and understanding of learning and assessment principles. Extensive recent clinical experience appropriate to the clinical area. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
