Your daily responsibilities: All aspects of face-to-face, phone and, email sales transactions Building and maintaining relationships with customers Store presentation & merchandising Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions Opening & Closing Your skills and experience: Demonstrated ability to manage tasks quickly and to be flexible. High level of communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic with an excellent team and big picture focus. Positive, friendly and outcome focused. Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative. Hands-on Doer and Finisher. RELIABLE & ACCURATE with a high level of integrity. Minimum 2 years Level 3 Retail experience.
