This support worker role would suit a student or someone seeking part-time work. The role involves supporting NDIS participants and aged care clients in their homes, including tasks such as transport, cleaning, domestic assistance, and personal care. We are looking for someone who will be a great fit within our existing team of support workers, led by our director, Natalie, a registered mental health social worker. The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and compassionate, with a genuine interest in supporting others. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. This position would also suit someone who is currently studying or considering studies in community services, disability support, or aged care.
