Due to continued growth, were looking for an experienced Estimator Supervisor to join our expanding Gold Coast team. What We Offer Strong leadership with a passionate Construction Manager Competitive salary vehicle fuel card iPhone iPad bonuses A highly experienced and supportive team Industry-leading technology built in-house A dedicated full-time development team that understands our business National head office support across all areas of operations Proven systems and processes (including restoration, mould & asbestos management) Ongoing learning, development, and innovation The Role Estimate, schedule and supervise insurance building repairs Manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency Work closely with the Construction Manager Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively Meet and exceed KPIs using our industry-leading systems What Youll Need Trade background (carpentry preferred) Current White Card and Driver Licence Experience estimating, scheduling and supervising repairs Knowledge of NCC, building regulations and WHS requirements Strong communication and problem-solving skills Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office + ability to learn new systems) High attention to detail and quality Strong organisation and time management A proactive, team-focused mindset Commitment to safety Insurance experience and water claims knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
