Baker Qualified Baker & Apprentice Baker We are looking for one full-time Qualified Baker and one full-time Apprentice Baker to join our Bakers Delight team across our Kilmore and Wallan stores. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified baker looking for a new role, or someone wanting to start a fresh career and learn the baking trade with the support of an experienced team. For those learning the trade, we offer bench shifts starting around 6:00am, making this a great entry point into the baking industry. Location This role may be based at either of the following stores: Bakers Delight Kilmore97 Clarke Street, Kilmore VIC 3764 Bakers Delight WallanShop 13, 89 High Street, Wallan VIC 3756 Flexibility to work between both locations would be highly regarded, however we are also happy to discuss applicants who are better suited to one location. Employment type Full-time positions available. We are currently looking for: 1 full-time Qualified Baker 1 full-time Apprentice Baker About the role Preparing and baking bread products to Bakers Delight standards Mixing doughs and following production schedules Moulding, baking, and finishing products with care and consistency Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace Working as part of a team in a busy bakery environment Early morning starts and weekend availability will be required About you Qualified Baker or someone interested in starting a baking apprenticeship Passion for baking and producing quality products Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Able to work well independently and as part of a team Previous bakery experience is preferred, but not essential for the Apprentice Baker position Work rights requirement Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.Sponsorship is not available for this role.
