Duties and Responsibilities: To achieve finance and insurance sales targets Support the wider sales team to meet customer needs during the sales process Adhere to dealership policy and compliance processes Achieve budget requirements and KPIs Skills and Experience: Experience in either sales or finance and insurance is preferred but not essential A desire to learn and achieve success in a highly specialised role is essential A keen attention to detail Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with genuine desire to succeed Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent written, verbal and time management skills Current drivers license Current police clearance Benefits An excellent remuneration package.
