Afternoon Production Leadership Role (Food Manufacturing)3:00pm 11:00pm | Full-Time Were looking for someone to take ownership of our afternoon shift and lead from the front. At Kyneton Biscuit Group, we manufacture biscuits and cereal products for major customers across Australia and internationally. As we continue to grow, were seeking a capable production leader to step into a key role running our factory during second shift. This is a hands-on leadership position not just supervising, but driving performance, leading people, and keeping the factory moving. What Youll Be Responsible For Leading all production activities across the 3pm11pm shift Managing and motivating teams across production, packing, and warehouse Driving output, efficiency, and product quality Overseeing machinery operation, troubleshooting, and changeovers Maintaining high standards of food safety, GMP, and workplace safety Coordinating shift handovers and ensuring smooth daily operations Being the key decision-maker on shift About You Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or similar production environments Strong leadership and people management skills Confident working with and understanding production machinery Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions independently Current forklift licence (required) Practical, reliable, and leads by example on the floor Why This Role is Different Youll have real ownership of your shift A strong, stable business with growth opportunities ahead A role that balances hands-on work with leadership responsibility Supportive leadership team without unnecessary layers If youre ready to step into a role where you can lead, make decisions, and have a real impact each day, wed like to hear from you.
