Please note the occupant will be required to work after-hours and weekend work. Salary increase of 3% From the first full pay period on or after 1 January 2026: Medical Practitioner Level 1: $92,298 per annum Medical Practitioner Level 2: $98,133 per annum Boosted Continuing Professional Development Allowance From the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2026: Medical Practitioner Level 1: $1,093 per annum Medical Practitioner Level 2: $2,186 per annum New North and North West Tasmanian Recruitment & Retention Allowance Medical Practitioners (Levels 111) working in the North or North West will receive a $10,000 per annum allowance, paid fortnightly. This begins from the first full pay period after the agreement is registered and continues for the full term of the agreement.
