About the RoleThis is a customer-facing administrative role where youll manage the end-to-end workflow of jobs, ensuring everything runs smoothly from first enquiry through to completion. Youll be the glue that holds operations together. Key responsibilities include: Managing inbound customer enquiries (phone & email) Booking and coordinating insulation assessments and quotes Scheduling installation jobs efficiently across Canberra Liaising with customers, installers, and suppliers Preparing and issuing invoices via Xero Managing post-job follow-ups and customer feedback Problem-solving and handling scheduling changes with professionalism. What Were Looking ForThis role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and customer-focussed.
