Were looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join our team and help deliver high-quality installs and service work across the Central Coast, Newcastle & Sydney. What Youll Be Doing: Installation of ducted & split systems Working on high-end residential builds VRV/VRF installs (training provided if needed) Fault finding, servicing & maintenance Reading plans and working with builders onsite Completing job reports & photos via ServiceM8 What Were Looking For: Qualified Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Technician Valid ARC Licence White Card Drivers Licence Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a team and independently Pride in clean, high-quality work What We Offer: Full-time position (MondayFriday) Work on premium, high-end projects Ongoing training (including Daikin systems) Supportive team environment Company vehicle + fuel allowance Performance bonuses Monthly team BBQs Opportunity to grow into a supervisor role Why Join Us?
