This is a true middlemanagement role, which means youll be doing more than just leading from the sidelines. To effectively support the Team, youll bring demonstrated experience administering salary packaging benefits within a public sector environment and be comfortable stepping into the operational space when required. Your practical knowledge will enable you to confidently support team members, provide sound guidance, and contribute meaningfully towards daytoday service delivery. Youll thrive in a fastpaced, highvolume environment, be comfortable juggling competing priorities, and have an eye for detail to ensure deadlines are met and clients receive consistently highquality outcomes. A welldeveloped understanding of the systems and software that support salary packaging administration is essential, and experience working with public sector salary packaging systems will be highly valued. An understanding of the Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) legislation that underpins salary packaging services will be a distinct advantage. Most importantly, youre someone who genuinely enjoys supporting people. Youll demonstrate a strong commitment to highquality customer service, along with the ability to lead, manage and support a busy team. As this role involves providing accurate, timely and highquality advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders, excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
