Due to ongoing growth in our Henderson workshop, we are seeking experienced personnel to join our team across multiple key roles. Available RolesWe are currently recruiting for the following workshop-based positions: QA/QC Inspector Workshop-based role with flexibility across day and night shift. Assist the QA/QC Manager with quality assurance and control activities. Conduct visual inspections of fabricated components. Compile and manage NDT requests. Coordinate procurement-related quality requirements. Maintain QA/QC documentation and reporting. Requirements: CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certification (essential). Proven workshop-based QA/QC experience. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Dimensional Checker / Leading Hand Workshop-based role. Commence on dayshift for training, transitioning to nightshift once training complete. Assist the Acting Supervisor with daily operations. Perform dimensional checks and visual inspections on fabricated items. Read and interpret technical drawings accurately. Provide leadership and guidance to workshop personnel. Requirements: Strong workshop fabrication experience. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings fluently. Experience in dimensional checking and quality verification. Demonstrated leadership or leading hand experience. Workshop Supervisor Workshop-based leadership role. Commence on dayshift for training, transitioning to nightshift once training complete. Assist Production Managers in overseeing workshop operations. Supervise a workforce of up to 50 personnel across multiple trades (boilermakers, welders, etc.). Ensure productivity, quality, and safety targets are achieved. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Requirements: Extensive workshop supervision experience in fabrication environments. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to coordinate multiple trades and priorities. Sound understanding of fabrication processes and quality requirements. Trades Assistant (T/A) Workshop-based role on dayshift. Assist trades (boilermakers, welders, etc.) with general duties. Maintain cleanliness of workshop including sweeping floors and keeping work areas organised. Return tools and equipment to designated areas. Assist with loading/unloading and general labouring tasks. Deliver and pick up goods using a company ute when required. Requirements: Previous experience in a heavy industrial or fabrication workshop. Willingness to perform hands-on and general labour tasks. Strong work ethic and reliability. Manual Drivers License (essential). General Requirements (All Roles) Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
