Ipswich Holistic Community Care is a registered Australian community care provider delivering person-centred support services to individuals and families. The organisation operates within a highly regulated environment and is committed to maintaining strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence in service delivery. We are currently seeking to employ a Corporate Services Manager on a full-time permanent basis. This is a senior management role responsible for overseeing the organisations internal corporate functions, ensuring effective administration, financial oversight, workforce management, and compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks. This position is required due to ongoing organisational growth and the increasing complexity of operational, financial, and workforce management requirements within the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee corporate services functions including administration, finance, HR, rostering support, procurement, and internal compliance systems within a community care/NDIS environment Develop, implement, and maintain organisational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, WHS requirements, and relevant Australian legislation Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, reporting, and oversight of NDIS funding processes Coordinate workforce planning, including recruitment, onboarding, staff compliance (NDIS screening checks, training), and ongoing HR administration Monitor service delivery and operational performance, providing reports and recommendations to senior management for improvement Ensure accurate and timely internal reporting across financial, staffing, compliance, and operational systems Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, regulators (NDIS Commission), funding bodies, and service providers Support strategic planning, service development, and continuous improvement initiatives Provide high-level administrative and operational advice to senior management on staffing, finance, and service operations Lead and supervise administrative and corporate support staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations Represent the organisation in external meetings, stakeholder engagements, and compliance-related discussions when required SELECTION CRITERIA / ATTRIBUTES: Bachelors degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field; OR Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate services, business administration, or management (if no relevant Bachelor degree or higher qualifications) Demonstrated experience in financial management, HR administration, or organisational governance Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and operational risk management Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a structured environment High level of attention to detail and analytical capability Previous experience in community care, disability services, or health-related sectors will be highly regarded Work eligibility: Australia working rights required, Expected Start Date: 1 July 2026 Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience required Applicant screening question: Please outline your experience relevant to corporate services management, including financial, HR, or operational oversight responsibilities.
