Were seeking a proactive People & Culture Advisor to deliver high-quality HR support and partner with leaders across the organisation. About The Role Reporting to the Manager People & Culture, you will provide trusted, practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle in a multi-site, award-governed environment. Youll play a key role in supporting leaders to make confident people decisions and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Provide trusted HR advice on performance, conduct, and award interpretation (SCHADS) to support effective decision-making Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant outcomes Support fair and thorough investigations and maintain accurate, high-quality documentation Assist with employee lifecycle changes to ensure a seamless employee experience Maintain HRIS data integrity and coordinate offboarding processes to capture insights and trends Coach and support leaders in performance management, including early intervention and development planning Support compliance with employment legislation, awards, and organisational policies Contribute to culture, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workforce capability Our Ideal Candidate You are an emerging HR professional with strong foundational experience and a passion for delivering practical, people-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment. You Also Bring 24 years experience in a generalist HR or advisory role, ideally within a multi-site environment Sound knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards, and HR best practice Experience supporting employee relations matters and assisting with investigations Strong written communication skills, including preparation of HR documentation Experience using HRIS systems and maintaining high levels of data integrity Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders Strong judgement, problemsolving skills, and attention to detail Resilience and ability to manage competing priorities A continuous improvement mindset and customercentric approach Commitment to organisational values, including equity, diversity, and inclusion Benefits Make a Real Impact: Every role at HenderCare contributes to delivering meaningful, client centred care.
