We are currently seeking an experienced Mining Technology Trainer to deliver highquality technical training on Wenco mining solutions, supporting both internal teams and our valued customers across Australia. About The Role As a Mining Technology Trainer, you will play a handson role in driving system adoption and capability uplift through worldclass training programs. Key Responsibilities Delivering instructorled technical training for mining technology solutions Conducting onsite training at customer mine sites and nominated locations (e.g. Perth or Brisbane) Training internal teams including support, service, and sales Training external customers such as operators, supervisors, administrators, and managers Customising training material to sitespecific workflows and operational needs Developing and maintaining training materials, including manuals, quickreference guides, eLearning modules, and assessments Creating structured learning pathways for different user groups Assessing training effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities Providing oneonone coaching, mentoring, and refresher training Acting as a subjectmatter expert for mining technology systems and best practices Working collaboratively with product, implementation, and operations teams Ensuring all training activities are delivered with a strong focus on safety and compliance Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering and developing technical training programs Strong knowledge of mining technology systems Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently Experience working onsite in operational or industrial environments A customerfocused mindset with a passion for capability development Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) Desirable Experience with Wenco or similar Fleet Management Systems Prior exposure to mining operations, dispatch, or production environments Benefits Be part of a global technology leader shaping the future of mining Work with advanced mining technology and diverse customers Enjoy a role with variety, autonomy, and real operational impact Join a team that values safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement Build your career within a business that invests in its people #J-18808-Ljbffr
