A Day in the Life Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 members Driving the Ghanda values with your store team Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance About You Demonstrated leadership experience leading from the front, empowering the team, and embodying a leadership style in line with our organisational values Customerfirst mindset, nails fundamentals and takes retail seriously Similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a dealbreaker at Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience If you think youre the next best thing to join the Ghanda Gang, we cant wait to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
