Core Security Group Perth & Remote WA Sites Full-time | Leadership | Security Operations Core Security Group is seeking an experienced Security Operations Supervisor to support and lead security operations across Perth, regional and remote Western Australian sites. This role suits a professional with strong operational coordination, time management and workforce supervision and client engagement experience within security, defence, law enforcement, emergency services or similar environments. The Role Reporting to the Strategic Operations Lead, you will coordinate daily security operations, supervise frontline teams, maintain site coverage, support compliance requirements and act as a key escalation point for staff and clients. You will also contribute to project support, service improvement and operational growth opportunities. This is a handson leadership role requiring strong judgement, communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse environments. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise security operations across Perth, regional and remote sites. Manage rosters, workforce deployment, travel, accommodation and equipment readiness. Support recruitment, onboarding, licensing and compliance requirements. Supervise, mentor and support security personnel to maintain high standards. Manage and coordinate the 24/7 operations phone, including incidents, escalations and afterhours support. Conduct client engagement, site visits, inspections and operational reviews. Ensure compliance with legislation, licensing, WHS/HSE and company procedures. Assist with incident management, emergency response and operational risk processes. Prepare operational reports, incident summaries and compliance documentation. Identify service improvements and support business growth initiatives. Your strengths and contributions Experience in security operations coordination, supervision or a related operational field. Strong leadership, workforce management and client engagement capability. Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites and operational requirements. Experience handling incidents, escalations and afterhours operational issues. Strong communication, problem solving and decisionmaking skills. Competence in reporting, documentation and Microsoft Office systems. Understanding of security procedures, risk management and compliance frameworks. Current (or ability to obtain) WA Security Officer, Crowd Controller and Monitoring Officer licences. Have a National police clearance. Current manual C Class drivers licence and ability to travel as required. Highly Regarded min 3+ years in security operations, defence, law enforcement or similar environments. Experience coordinating remotesite operations and 24/7 support. Advanced rostering, workforce planning and resource coordination experience. Experience preparing operational documents, procedures or site instructions. Qualifications in security risk, WHS, leadership or project management. WA Security Consultant licence endorsement. Personal Attributes Professional, disciplined and accountable leadership style.
