Program OfficerLocation Parramatta with 50% Office AttendanceEmployment type Ongoing Full-time (35 hours per week)Salary Grade 7/8, $113,574.00-$125,720.00 plus superannuation and leave loadingYour roleAs the Program Officer you will be responsible for planning, programming, monitoring and reporting on Housing Portfolios pipeline of property sales, which includes short and longer-term divestment projects.In collaboration with other Homes NSW business units, the role will proactively manage a portfolio of property sales - converting a long list of sales from multiple streams into detailed action plans and programming sales by financial year to ensure revenue targets are achieved.The role also has a strong focus on development and improvement of supporting processes and systems.What youll do Proactively program and monitor Housing Portfolios property sales converting pipeline streams from multiple business units into a detailed action plan and sales program by financial year and ensuring the use of project management methodologies and processes to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. Build on current reporting to detail progress against revenue targets, and align to other reporting requirements (e.g. governance and financial management) Provide proactive and evidence-based advice and reports to the Executive and relevant Committees to ensure business opportunities and impacts are considered. Seek out and actively manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships based on open and regular discussion and feedback and effectively manage interfaces with other asset recycling programs. Lead and drive initiatives for improvement of processes and systems to enhance efficiency, collaboration and business outcomes. Contribute to maintaining and improving data integrity by identifying shortcomings in existing data, identifying system limitations and providing input into the continuous improvement of Homes NSWs data capture and reporting systems. Maintain an understanding of Homes NSWs social housing portfolio strategies and policies to assist in positioning the portfolio to meet current and future demand.
