Full time & casual opportunities available Full time & casual opportunities available Competitive hourly pay - public holiday, weekend & overtime penalty rates The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Experience as a Pastry Chef in a restaurant Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure under pressure Team oriented and strong communication skills A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards Eye for detail and strong time management Knowledge of food safety standards Genuine interest in the daytoday operations Qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Working with Lucas Collective At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
