We are seeking an HR Administration Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our workforce. This role demands exceptional multitasking abilities, as you will be responsible for supporting HR functions, ensuring compliance with care standards, and providing administrative support to our dedicated team, all while maintaining a high level of efficiency and compassion. What You Will Do Facilitating human resource administration, roster coordination, and quality improvement activities Employee performance appraisal schedule monitoring Liaison with the Human Resource Management Team Assistance with Payroll and Time Sheet Submissions Replacement of staff on leave and liaising with HR about roster vacancies, supporting any recruitment tasks Records management and document preparation What you will bring Leverage your previous experience in administration/HR and have at least 2 years in a similar position. Utilise your proficiency in rostering software such as Humanforce or similar, along with a good skill level in MS Office applications. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Bring a positive and cando attitude to contribute to our vibrant team culture. NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain) Experience in Rostering is DESIRABLE What''s in it for you?
