About this Role As a Learn to Swim Supervisor, you will support the Swim Programs Team Leader and Senior Duty Officers in overseeing and delivering engaging swim programs. Your leadership will ensure that all operations run smoothly while maintaining our high standards of customer service. In this role, you will: Maintain compliance with swim instruction standards and safety protocols. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with members. Support and mentor Learn to Swim Instructors, ensuring highquality lesson delivery. Assist in program setup and provide feedback to parents and guardians. Engage in ongoing selfdevelopment and complete required training. Handle administrative duties related to swim programs efficiently. Who Were Looking For Essential qualifications: current NSW Working with Children Check; Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety, Swim Australia Teacher, or RLS Swim teacher Licence; Austswim Teacher of Infant and Toddlers Certificate or Swim Australia Teacher of Infants and Toddlers; Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate. Experience in instructing all levels of Learn to Swim and excellent communication skills are a must. A selfmotivated and reliable team player with strong organisational skills. Desirable attributes include supervisory experience and a passion for aquatic education.
